Custom Orders

We love helping customers with custom orders.

To place a custom order you may access the request form from our home page under Custom Orders (see  below). Please provide as much information as possible. If we have any questions we will contact you. If you need help with your order please let us know.

Customers can stop by our Studio to look at design options and place their order. Our location and business hours are listed in the Resource Library/Beaded Up Boutique Studio on our homepage.  

Product Warranty

At Beaded Up Boutique our top priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us and we will do every thing we can to make it right (Exchange, Store Credit, Refund, e.g.). 

We work hard to provide products of the highest quality and stand behind our workmanship. All our products are covered by a warranty that includes a replacement for defects in material and workmanship that cause it to fail prematurely. If a product is defective, broken, or not as expected we will replace the product with the same product or one of equal value.

Welcome to Beaded Up Boutique, a home-owned small business offering online shopping, in-person studio appointments, and vendor event experiences.

Our journey began when I was searching for work lanyards that matched my outfits and discovered how much I enjoyed creating my own. Before long, others started asking me to make custom lanyards for them, and that simple idea grew into something much bigger.

Today, Beaded Up Boutique offers over 20 different product types and specializes in custom creations made with care. If it can be beaded, we can most likely make it—or we can customize one of our existing products to create something uniquely yours.

Behind the business is a team of two: myself and my amazing husband, Sal. He has supported me every step of the way, providing encouragement, love, and the muscle behind the scenes. Through health challenges and ups and downs, his support has helped keep this dream alive and allowed us to continue creating pieces that bring joy to our customers.
